Capital Public Radio: The nation’s top environmental official says the best way for the Sacramento region to clean up its air is to support innovation in the green jobs sector. EPA administrator Lisa Jackson was in town yesterday to back a city initiative.
The EPA's Lisa Jackson was the main attraction at a forum put on by Greenwise Sacramento. That's Mayor Kevin Johnson's initiative which has the lofty aim of turning Sacramento into a green business hub. She says she came at Johnson's insistence.
