Sacramento Bee: Visions for Sacramento from the perspective of a wide-ranging collection of artists will be presented at the first Idea Fair during the annual State of Downtown breakfast on Tuesday. The breakfast event will feature Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson who will talk about downtown revitalization and keynote speaker Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper, who recently became a Democratic gubernatorial candidate in Colorado.
