One of the cornerstones of my mayoral campaign was to bring our city government to your neighborhood. You shouldn't have to trudge to City Hall to have your voice heard, or to meet with top city officials. That's why I'm pleased to invite you to my first neighborhood "town hall" meeting tonight.
Hosted by Councilmember Robbie Waters, this town hall meeting will be an opportunity for you to join your neighbors to talk with me about your concerns.
Keeping your family, home, and neighborhood safe is my top priority as Mayor, and that's why I'll be bringing along Police Chief Rick Braziel and your local Police Cpt. Dan Schiele, as we discuss efforts to keep our streets crime-free.
